Many people said that a new company(ie. PETRONAS) incapable to reach the acievement of the experienced company(ie. Exxon). This is an old theory folks.
I know that Petronas can go further in terms of technology achievement as long as employers ready to make a difference. Dont simply used the same formula "bulat-bulat" but try to create something that unique, simple & applicable.
The mentality of the people in the Petronas itself should change. Seeing the problem from different angle will help us to approch the problem form different perspective.We have a variable option and brains. It's tedious and perhaps, takes a life time. At least I'm trying,why not u?
Above all, there still a long way for Petronas to be the best among the oil & gas company.
